South Dakota Cheese 🧀
Kasemeister Creamery creates wonderful cheeses over near Frankfort, South Dakota. All of the milk used for the cheeses is from their own herd. Cows are never given antibiotics and the cheese is made from full cream dairy milk.
The cows from Kasemeister Creamery are fed with all non-GMO feed and forages that they grow themselves. The cows used to produce the milk for the cheese all carry the A2 gene making it easier for those with some dairy intolerances to digest the milk.
