This package of prosciutto is 12 ounces and contains 24 slices of meat.                  Prosciutto freezes well so if this is something your family enjoys you may want to stock up and freeze the extras. Finocchiona is inspired by the wild fennel fields of Tuscany. Coarsely ground salami mixed with organic fennel and spices. Average of 2.7 pounds per aged salami.                                     Pork, salt, natural flavors(celery powder),Organic spices, sugars, organic garlic, starter cultures.

Calabrese is a coarsely ground salami with red chili and paprika. Best prosciutto!

This is the best prosciutto I’ve tasted! It looks & tastes great on a charcuterie board too:)
