It features a melting texture and a well-balanced sugar-acid profile, making it a high-quality choice for fresh eating, salads, and canning. Although it is primarily a semi-freestone fruit, it consistently offers a high-quality eating experience characterized by its firm yet succulent interior.

FOR MAXIMUM ENJOYMENT OF TREE-RIPENED PEACHES, FOLLOW THESE TIPS:

• Once home, sort through peaches & remove ones that are soft/give a little. Always use a gentle touch, do not squeeze! Also remove peaches that look ripe (will have small dark soft spots).

• Leave soft/ripe peaches out at room temp & enjoy within a few days! They should be extremely juicy and melt in your mouth.

• Refrigerate softer peaches if they will not be eaten right away. Let sit at room temp again before consuming.

• Leave firmer peaches out at room temperature to soften for a few days or more. Once softened, enjoy or refrigerate to eat later.

• We eat the majority of our peaches fresh! In smoothies we leave the skin on but for fresh eating we often cut the peach into quarters, remove the pit, and peel the skin back with a paring knife or by pulling gently with fingers. Serve fresh peaches on ice cream, over yogurt, sliced on pizza, with shortbread and whip cream, or just enjoy a giant bowl piled high!
