Organic - Green Beans

Theses were great quality! Only a couple were bad the the whole box! Flavor is great!

Ordered 40lbs box for canning. Absolutely beautiful condition. So happy. Got 48 pints and 3 quarts, raw packed.

Ordered a box last year but was slow to get them processed so ended up throwing away a lot of them; they also were rather tough, the ones I did keep. I learned my lesson so this year, I made sure to process them within a couple days of getting them, which resulted in much, much better quality! However, even within those few days before I got them processed, I could tell a significant decrease in quality, so tip for newbies: process them ASAP for the best quality!

1 bushel yields many quarts. I have second fridge so easy to store in 2 crispers and one large Rubbermaid container for 3 days.
