🟢 Avocado Oil- Organic

Organic avocado oil is a nutritious and versatile edible oil extracted from the flesh of organically grown avocados, known for its high content of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, particularly oleic acid, which makes up about 60% of its composition. It is rich in beneficial nutrients such as vitamin E, beta-sitosterol, and antioxidants like lutein and carotenoids, which support eye, skin, and cardiovascular health.

This Organic Avocado oil is produced by a co-operative that is using local coffee farmers Avocado trees (that are used to shelter/shade their Coffee crop), the project is now actively using these trees to grow organic certified avocados to process and provide another revenue stream for these local farmers and their community.
