How Does This Work?

1. Ordering is open every other week, depending on your location. One week we deliver to Spearfish, Sturgis, Piedmont, Rapid City, Custer, and Hot Springs. Two weeks later we deliver to Newcastle, Moorcroft, Gillette, Sundance, Rapid City, Hot Springs, Chadron, Alliance, Crawford, and Scottsbluff.

2. Place an order when the ordering window is open. That is always Monday through Wednesday on an "order week". After this window closes, we can no longer add on to your order since our supplier are busy getting things ready. Want to know when ordering is open? Check out our Schedule of Events page.

3. Write down the delivery date, time, and location or set an alarm in your phone immediately after ordering. This is very important! We don't want you to forget. Delivery info can always be found on the Delivery Details page. Delivery is always the following week of ordering.

4. We will send you an email reminder on Thursday (the day before delivery). This email might contain extras we have on the truck, what will be in your produce box, and other important details so be sure you add sales@blackhillsbulkfoods.com to your safe contacts list.

5. Come pick up your order! When it's time, go to your specified location on delivery day and line up by the trucks to pick up your order. We will ask for your name to look up your order, load your car for you, and away you go home to put away all your goodies!
