We are very happy to have the chance to work with Prairie Lane farm to offer FRESH greens! Rodney and family grow some great fresh Romain and other lettuce and herbs in their green house with hydroponics. They do the seed planting, transplanting and growing, all the way to harvest and packaging, so it is all under their watchful eye and control. The green house is clean and the conditions are very closely kept. The water test schedule is incredible! They are able to harvest every week. That is fresh! They even have the living root type of greens that last longer and taste wonderful.
