🟢 Organic Potato Flakes

These are great for when fresh potatoes are not in season and get that off solanine bitter flavor. I was skeptical at first about potato flakes since my only experience with them was the instant stuff from the store that's full of funny ingredients. This is just potatoes, so you can flavor it any way you like with fresh dairy ingredients etc. A very easy and fast side dish that tastes great.

We had been looking for potato flakes for a very long time, but kept finding them with preservatives, sugar, or maltodextrin in them. Almost couldn't believe it when we found these that have only one ingredient--potatoes. We purchased a 50 lb. bag, and have been amazed and grateful at how wonderful they taste, how healthy they are, how easy they are to prepare, and how many different ways we can use them. Worth their weight in gold, and never want to be without them.

I bought these for the first time a couple weeks ago. I separated into freezer bags to make it easy to grab a dinner portion size. They are so easy and delicious.

We always purchase this. It's so easy to whip up a quick side dish when you don't have much time. We just add water, butter and salt and this makes the creamiest mashed potatoes. It's also a great item for long term storage.

We bought 50 pounds as organic potatoes aren't easy to find in Hot Springs. I have it in buckets in the garage. I use it for mashed potatoes and potato puffs....they are easy to use and I add butter, sour cream, and cheese for the perfect potato!
