Cowboy Prime Meat Company

We are happy to introduce an family cattle ranch from north west South Dakota! Cowboy Prime Meat Company by the Fabris family.  We are able to offer some great bundles of the beef they raise. Here is a little information about them and their beef.

We are Tom and Briana Fabris of Cowboy Prime Meat Company, from Reva in NW South
Dakota. We ranch in the rolling foothills of the Slim Buttes; it’s big country where cattle vastly outnumber people and thrive in their perfect environment. We run a cow-calf operation and raise premium angus beef.
OUR BEEF is Grain-Finished with non-GMO, Organic corn, All-natural, No growth hormones. Our beef program begins with calves born here on our place. From our calf crop, we hand-select a certain number of calves to finish, which are then grass-fed (receiving no antibiotics or hormones in their lifetime), and finished on organic, non-GMO corn. We never have any old or cull animals enter our beef program. We manage our herd with respect and care, and as a result, our cattle are gentle, quiet, and friendly. These factors work together to produce nutritious beef with incredible flavor and tenderness.
We ship our beef nationwide and are happy to now be working with Black Hills Bulk Foods to offer great beef to our local area.
OUR FAMILY
Tom is a previous dairy farmer (specializing in herd health) turned rancher, and I gladly traded my desk-job for work boots. Together with our family of 5 lively little ranchers, we embrace life here as relative “newcomers” in an area of generational ranches. Our children love to be a part of everything, no matter where or what the job entails.

We will offer the various bundles listed below.

Sample pack : 2 -1lb ground beef, steaks (1.5 lbs), 2 packs hot dogs, 1 brats,                                                  1 pack stew meat, totaling 6.5 lbs in the box.

Beef and Bison sample pack: 2-1lb ground beef, 2-1lb ground bison, beef steak (1.5lbs),                                                 bison NY strip steak, hot dogs all beef 1 pack

Premium box:  Medium has 5 lbs ground beef, 1 roast( about 3.5 lbs),                                                                              3 pkg stks 4.5 lbs ( ~6 steaks)

                         Large has 8 pound ground beef, 1 roast ( 3-3.5 lbs) 

                                           5 pkg stks 7.5 lbs (~10 steaks)

Classics box:    Come as medium or large ( 14.1, 19.2 pounds in the box)

                        They will have ground beef, a roast, steaks, stew meat, brats/hotdogs,                               soup bone/ short ribs.

Ground beef:  Comes in a 15 or 25 pound box.

Smoker pack: Come in a 16 pound small or 32 pound medium

                       They contain short ribs, new york steaks, flank steak, and brisket                                                 (3.5 or 7.9 pound approx)

Grill Pack:  Contains 5 packs ground beef, 2 packs brats, 4 packs hot dogs.

Slow cooking Essentials: medium 13.3lbs, large 23.3lbs of Osso Bucco, ribs, stew meat,                                                                                                 and a roast.

Winter soup kit: Contains 10 lbs of bones and 5 lbs osso bucco soup bones.

Cowboy Prime Special sale box: 25 lbs of sirloin, sirloin tip, new york, and chuck steaks                                                          along with short ribs and a roast.

Pet food : 10lbs of beef bones and some heart, liver, kidney, or tongue.

Hot dog pack: 6- 14oz packs of nitrate free hot dogs.

Family Favorites: Medium 5-1lb ground beef, 3-packs brats, 6- packs hotdogs, 1 roast                                    Large: 8-1lb ground beef, 4- packs brats, 8- packs hotdogs, 1 roast
