Tasty!

Very smooth, and tasty. Not overly porky and doesn't have big clumps of fat. It is really an excellent ground pork!

Good and versatile

This ground pork is so convenient to have on hand! I like it with added sausage seasoning and made biscuits and gravy, but my favorite is to make Deconstructed Egg Roll with the ground pork, shredded cabbage (cheat with pre-shredded coleslaw mix), and seasonings. It's a meal that can come together in 10 minutes.

Not greasy, full of flavor

We use this sausage for our egg allergy daughter and she loves it cooked up for breakfast on its own, or we add it to cheesy grits, to top homemade pizzas, and it makes FANTASTIC sausage gravy to go over biscuits. Really flavorful, but mild enough for lots of uses, and it isn't as greasy as our old brand.
