Introducing Dakota Heat Hot sauce!
Derek Nankivel works with local farmers and makes this wonderful bottled hot sauce at Bear Butte Gardens. We have tried and use these for many dishes. The heat and flavor are a good match, not hot just to make you hurt. The honey used is also from Carl the honey guy, more local businesses working together. Derek takes a lot of pride in his sauces and how he makes each one. We are happy to offer these in a set for your enjoyment, the information on them is below.
Sun Kissed Serrano: On a heat scale of 1-5, this would be a 2, so it's a bit on the milder side. Made with Serrano peppers, ginger and citrus (100% Orange Juice). The unique flavors mesh well with many dishes and enhance any flavors. Described as the dance between the heat of the serrano with the calmness of the ginger.
Original: On a heat scale of 1-5, this would be a 3, so it's somewhere in the middle. Made with arbol and habanero peppers and lime juice. The unique flavors mesh well with many dishes and enhance any flavors. Packs a nice punch of habanero and chili with a flavorful lime finish.
Garlic Inferno: Do you love garlic? Hot Sauce? This is a perfect combination with a burst of flavor and a lot of garlic. A punch to the palate with a blend of garlic and sweet habanero heat, balanced by a burst of lime. A must have for pizza and just about everything else. The unique flavors mesh well with any dishes and enhance any flavors.
Blazing Honey: Combining the smokey richness of the habanero with the sweet undertones of honey, balanced by the savory notes of smoked garlic. It offers a fiery and flavorful kick that enhances a wide range of dishes. This flavorful hot sauce is sure to be a hit with every hot sauce fan.
Devil Sweat: On a heat scale of 1-5, this would be a 4, so it's a bit hot. Made with ghost peppers, arbol and habanero peppers and lime juice. The unique flavors mesh well with many dishes and enhance any flavors. Same great taste of the Original flavor with the intensified heat (probably from the ghost peppers).
